Considering the high-paced life we’re leading these days, adequate sleep has become an indulgence. Sleep has just fallen from our list beyond working hours, social gatherings, and entertainment. However, sleep deprivation can cause some serious psychological and physical health issues. Many important functions take place after a person falls asleep. We do know that healthy sleep is important for the following processes- maintain primary body functions, restorative energy, repair muscle tissues, allow the brain to process new information. Certain consequences take place when a person doesn't get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can cause a variety of psychological and physical issues. It can cause impairing abilities.
